Meena Sundrum is a Creator, Researcher, and Teacher

A DC native now based in Pittsburgh, PA, Meena blends her personal mental health experiences with her background in psychology to create content exploring trauma recovery and well-being. Her content considers both the individual’s unique journey, and the shared impacts of societal and generational trauma. You can find her on TikTok or the via an occasional blog post.

Meena earned her degree in Psychology from Carnegie Mellon University in 2025. She has research experience in child development and health psychology, and has worked in family and adolescent clinical settings.
